As the Senior People Systems Manager, HRIS you will play a key role in the development, delivery, and success of our HRIS solutions and People systems. You’ll work closely with our People Operations and data teams to ensure a deep understanding of our people processes and data – transforming pain points into scalable solutions through optimal configurations, connectivity, and best-in-class Deeler experiences. You will work closely with the Deel Product team to rapidly develop and deliver HRIS solutions to support our rapidly growing organization and shape the future of our product.
