Job Description
The Revenue Operations Analyst is a critical member of the Go to Market (GTM) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the ongoing enablement of the Plative sales team, surfacing insights, and developing our internal technology and processes to fortify the Plative GTM functions to deliver on bookings goals. The Rev Ops Analyst will closely align with the Sales and marketing stakeholders to help develop learning and development content, deliver insights, and conduct analysis that will be used by the GTM organization at all levels from leadership to individual contributors.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing sales team enablement and reinforcement – Work closely with sales leadership to ensure that the Plative sales team continues to receive ongoing reinforcement of sales methodology training including qualification, business value selling, story telling, and more.
- Sales and Marketing Performance Analysis – Analyze sales and marketing data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Sales and Marketing Reporting – Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau to prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into sales activities and performance trends.
- Sales Forecasting – Assist in the sales forecasting process to support the sales teams in providing accurate sales projections and insights.
- Commission Administration – Support finance with calculating booked revenue for commissions or bonuses for the sales team ensuring accurate and timely payments. Resolve discrepancies, and provide support in commission-related matters. Provide insights into commission payouts and sales performance.
- Own administration of the GTM tech stack including Apollo, Salesforce, and HubSpot through a ticket-based system.
- Generate insights and decisions from the data sets created by the technologies used by the GTM organization, including the creation and maintenance of critical dashboards that will be utilized at a global, regional and IC level
- Drive adoption of, and maintain, the knowledge base on processes and policies ensure consistency throughout onboarding, training and service delivery
- Act as a liaison with the Finance department to assist in measuring, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field such as sales operations, finance, or data analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong Powerpoint / Google Slides capabilities
- Highly analytical with demonstrated experience in processing and presenting data with BI tools and excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects or initiatives concurrently
- Preferred experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot, and using Tableau or similar BI tool
- Highly motivated, self starter who can ‘connect the dots’ in a fast paced environment
- Analytically driven, with the ability to problem solve using data, and develop solutions with a clear-eyed and impartial focus on efficiency
